The Healthy Gluten Free Brownies:- Ingredients:-

1 cup organic jaggery

3/4 cup coconut oil. ( vegetable oil)

2 eggs / yogurt

1 cup melted chocolate

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tbsp almond butter

Dry ingredients

3/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup Ragi flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup chopped chocolate

1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of rock salt

Preheat oven at 180’c Method:- In a bowl add all wet ingredients one after the other & mix well. Add dry ingredients & give a good mix, set the batter in the lined tray & bake brownies in a preheated oven at 180’ C for 30 mins.
