Corn & capsicum canapés & Chana Aloo Chaat canapés. Along with chutneys.

Canapés two ways :- Corn & capsicum canapés & Chana Aloo Chaat canapés. Along with chutneys.

Corn & Capsicum Canapés:-

Ingredients

12 to 15 canapés 1 onion fine chopped

1 tomato chopped

1/2 cup steamed corn

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

1 tbsp dry raisins

1/2 cup capsicum chopped

2 to 3 tbsp green chutney

3 tbsp khajur imlee chutney

1/4 tsp chaat masala Salt as per taste

Method:- Assemble everything except chutneys in the bowl, one after the other & last add chutneys & adjust according to your taste, add a little bit of chaat masala if required. In a serving platter arrange the canapés in a single layer, add spicy chutney or sweet chutney at the bottom, now spoon some of the mixture into each canapé & serve. (2) Chana Aloo Chaat canapés :- Ingredients:- 12 to 15 baskets of canapés 2 potatoes boiled & diced 1 cup Chana soaked & boiled 1 onion chopped 2 tomatoes chopped 3 tbsp green chutney 3 to tbsp khajur imlee chutney 2 green chilies chopped if you wish ( optional ) 1/2 cup sev to sprinkle Few coriander leaves chopped Salt & chaat masala as per taste. For the method follow the same as above. Gud imlee khajur chutney:- Ingredients- 1 1/2 tbsp jaggery 2 tbsp tamarind pulp 2 big size date deseeded 1/4 tsp black salt 1/4 tsp chaat masala Method:- Blend all well and your chutney is ready.
